Trash Room Health Inspection in Senior Center

Scrub n Shine received an urgent call from a senior center to address a failing health inspection in their trash room. Despite the room having drywall and concrete walls with flat latex paint, which was not non-porous, the Health Department did not mandate sealing the concrete floor. To quickly meet inspection standards, Scrub n Shine used a powerful high-foam degreaser, disinfected the walls with a hospital-grade disinfectant, neutralized the walls, and applied two coats of primer and two coats of 60% solids oil-based enamel paint. They emphasized the importance of regular cleaning to maintain clean, disinfected, and non-porous trash rooms.
